Just to catch up to ourselves
We just settle into our body
We actually just allow the energy be what it is
So just notice what emotions are arising

A bit of anxiety, we ll just notice it
(I guess for me bargaining felt like a war)
Almost like clouds, kind of like hovering along
Other emotions, if there s anger, sadness, it all belongs

Familiar spaces of holding

And then just settle into the breath
Almost like the breath is cradling us
