I guess I had too much to dream last night
My eyes aren't seeing very well this morning
I just can't make them focus in the light
I tried to walk but I can't keep from stumbling
I guess I had too much to dream last night
I drink some tea but I can't find a table
I make some toast but I can't eat a bite
I'd go out and face the world but oh I'm not able

When you walked out my end found it's beginning
Without you there's no way to make things right
And now it seems that my whole world is ending
