this mechanical heart pumps
a forced beat- pounding
in the back of my mind eyelids shut on the touch
of button while words flow with no remorse i miss kissing with passion
i missing lying without reaction stumble over needles spoons burning your smile injected love when statues
bleed the tears of Mary she cant return the favor with bandaged wrists a vase of black roses hits the bed reminds her when the pedals were red satin sheets hang from the wing of a dark angel climbing this mountain has taken a year but now her breath seems to be replaced while baby's breath cries for security the sun sets in mothers voice
